3 About Famyuni

Famyuni is a solution for families supporting a loved one. It makes the help provided by each person visible, enables everyone's contributions to be better recognised and provides a shared reference point for sharing help more effectively within the family.

4 Intellectual property

The elements of Famyuni protected by intellectual property rights, including text, visuals, the logo and software components, remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Unless authorised by the rights holder, permitted by an applicable licence or covered by a statutory exception, their reproduction, adaptation or exploitation is not authorised. Content added by members remains subject to the rights of its authors and the people concerned.

5 Personal data

Nicolas VIGNY is the controller of the personal data processing he carries out to operate Famyuni. Any question about this processing or request to exercise rights may be sent to contact@famyuni.com or to the publisher's postal address given above.

Under the conditions laid down by the applicable regulations, data subjects have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. Where processing is based on their consent, they may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.

They may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), in particular at www.cnil.fr.

This legal notice does not replace the detailed information on personal data processing that must be provided to the people concerned, particularly when their data is collected.

For any question about the website, or to report an error or content that may infringe rights, you can write to contact@famyuni.com. Specify the page or content concerned and the reason for your request, limiting the personal data you disclose to what is necessary to examine it.

Requests for a right of reply may be sent to the publication director using the same contact details. They are examined under the conditions and within the time limits laid down by applicable law.
